SHIPPING

It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 p.m. in our time zone. Orders placed before this time will typically be processed and shipped the next business day. We ship orders throughout Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other reliable delivery services.

Estimated shipping time within Canada can range from 2 to 14 business days depending on your location, the time of year, and the shipping service selected at checkout. While we work with dependable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery transit times.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes, including GST and PST where required, will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout.

Note to international customers: Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for all such charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Estimated international shipping times are typically 10 to 14 business days but may vary.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once they have been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us using our Contact form as soon as possible. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

We want every customer to have a positive experience and stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include troubleshooting, exchanging the product, or issuing a refund.

Items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 30 days of the delivery date and should be returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please visit the Returns page of our website and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your request is reviewed, we will issue an RMA number or contact you for additional information regarding your return. An RMA number must be obtained before returning any product.
